Both applications (patient and caregivers) will be connected to the patient management system to maintain, deploy and render information in real time as well as cater for period analytical needs. The caregiver organization will have web access to the cloud-based patient management system with the following features:

- Enter, manage, download, export and view vital signs routine vital signs for patients.
- Download, export, view any vital signs data entered (with timestamps) via patient app for further use.
Patient’s Progression Analysis
Users can access periodic reports based on patient activities and actions.
Users can setup patient goals and KPIs and generate one-time or periodic reports.
Patient Management Portal
Create patient account.
Import patient data from 3rd party systems (eg. Organization’s primary EMR).
